Refund Policy
Returns
We hope you love your Silviere products. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, promotional items, and opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.
