4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Silviere is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

You may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed instructions.

Silviere is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Results may vary depending on the individual, and Silviere cannot guarantee identical outcomes for all customers. Always follow the instructions provided with the product.
