All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Netherlands & EU: 2–5 business days

  • International orders: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues, which are beyond our control.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local government. Silviere is not responsible for these additional costs.
